Hello, I'm Mike Nelson. I am an experienced real estate investor who has been in the industry since 2006. Like many in real estate, the housing crash of 2008 shook me up, but it forced me to realize I had a lot to learn about the industry and my future in real estate.
My passion for real estate only increased from this experience. I read every real estate book I could get my hands on, attended as many business and real estate seminars as my schedule would allow and continued to learn from everyone I met along the way.
Having seen so many friends and family members get financially hurt alongside me with the crash, I was determined to figure out how to provide better real estate solutions to my market.
In 2011, I had refocused my home buying efforts to my hometown, Antioch, Ca. I began to buy houses from homeowners who needed financial help. I would listen to their needs and worked with them as a team to come up with a solution.
From then on, we continued to expand, buying homes in cities throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento County. We've helped countless numbers of families get their life back in order by removing the financial and mental burden that can come along with homeownership.
We are proud to be able to help families in this way, but we don't stop there. We strongly believe in paying it forward. For every home we buy and sell, we donate a portion of proceeds to a low-income family residing in the Bay Area or Sacramento County.
